When did snacking get such a bad rep? We are technically supposed to be eating six small meals a day rather than the normal three big meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner). 

So sure, if you snack on salted chips, candy bars and sugar all day you're obviously not going to feel that great about your midday decisions.
