Breakfast

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It's the food you choose to wake up with so why not wake up happy? I am definitely not a morning person but planning ahead for a great and filling breakfast can make it easier to get out of bed on the mornings you just want to sleep in.

The following options are my favorites go-tos:

  • Scrambled eggs (egg whites)
  • Crispy bacon 
  • Turkey Sausage
  • Special K cereal (Fruit & Yogurt) with Light Silk Vanilla Soy Milk
  • A bowl of blueberries
  • Banana
  • Apple
  • Oatmeal (Banana Bread is my favorite)
